About the role

Reporting to our Restaurant Manager, you'll play an important role in delivering the warm, polished and intuitive hospitality we want Rowlee to be known for. You'll be right on the floor, creating memorable guest experiences, keeping service running smoothly and working alongside your teammates to deliver a consistently excellent experience.

Key responsibilities

- Delivering engaging, attentive and knowledgeable food, wine and beverage service
- Running your own section confidently and helping service flow seamlessly
- Anticipating guest needs and handling requests with care and professionalism
- Supporting your teammates and stepping in wherever needed to help the team succeed
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, preparation and service
- Taking initiative, sharing ideas and looking for ways to improve the guest experience
- Contributing to a positive team culture where everyone takes pride in what they do

About you

- Experience in a quality restaurant, hotel or premium hospitality environment
- Strong service skills and confidence running a section
- A genuine interest in food, wine and the stories behind what we serve
- A warm, engaging personality and excellent communication skills
- The ability to stay organised, composed and positive during busy services
- Initiative, reliability,



attention to detail and a willingness to take ownership
- A collaborative mindset and the confidence to contribute ideas, support others and help make things better
