We are looking for warm, capable and service driven Front of House team members to join our team at The Galston Club.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Guest Experience, Service & Responsibilites

- Delivering attentive customer service at every touchpoint
- Greeting guests warmly and managing bookings, reservations and walk-ins
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders
- Running food and beverages efficiently and professionally
- Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit
- Handling customer feedback or concerns calmly and confidently
- Preparing and serving beverages (coffee skills highly regarded)
- Maintaining consistent service standards across both environments

Environment & Presentation

- Ensuring dining areas, cafe spaces, entry points and amenities are clean, organised and welcoming




- Maintaining high personal presentation standards

Teamwork & Communication

- Collaborating closely with kitchen and bar teams
- Supporting colleagues during busy periods
- Contributing positively to team culture

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

- Naturally delivers attentive, polished service
- Is confident taking food orders and running service in a busy environment
- Can remain calm under pressure
- Is reliable and punctual
- Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do
- Has barista skills (preferred but not essential - training can be provided)

Hospitality experience is highly regarded, but attitude and work ethic matter most.

We also warmly welcome young staff who are current to the industry. Full, detailed training is provided to help you grow and succeed.

Pay: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
