Our practice is conveniently located in the Croydon Family Practice Building on Dorset Road, with state of the art equipment and bright, clean consulting rooms.

Why Join Us?

- Private, non-corporate dental practice where you're a valued member of the team, not a number
- Friendly, inclusive, and collaborative team culture
- Modern clinic with iTero digital scanning, CBCT and in-house 3D printing
- Quality materials and efficient systems, so you can focus on your patients
- Flexible part-time role, with opportunity to increase days as your book grows
- Optional extra days over December and January while one of our dentists is on leave
- Focus on ethical, patient-centred care with the time to do things properly

About the Role We have a vacancy for a compassionate General Dentist to join our team one day a week, ideally on Saturdays (we're happy to consider a weekday). We're looking for someone who can start soon.

Over December and January, you'll also have the option to pick up additional days while one of our dentists is on leave. Take as many or as few as suit you, which is a great way to get to know our patients and team early on.

Your daily duties will include but not be limited to:

- Providing all round general dental care, including comprehensive exams, diagnosis and radiographic interpretation
- Restorative dentistry, endodontics,

extractions, crown and bridge, and removable prosthodontics
- Preventive and paediatric dental care, including treating CDBS patients
- Working in collaboration with our oral health therapist
- Developing personalised treatment plans based on individual patient needs
- Educating patients on oral hygiene, preventative care, and long-term oral health
- Collaborating closely with dental assistants and team members to deliver excellent patient care
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and high qualified standards
- Adhering to infection control and safety protocols
- Staying up to date with advancements in dentistry and ongoing professional development

About You You genuinely listen to your patients and take the time to understand their needs. You're a team player who is also confident working independently. Along with a strong work ethic and previous experience in a similar role, you'll have/be:

- Registered General Dentist with current AHPRA registration (no conditions or restrictions)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
- Hold a Victorian radiation licence and Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Eligible for a Medicare provider number (for CDBS)
- Hold legal working rights in Australia (citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, compassionate chairside manner
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented attitude

How to Apply? If you're passionate about dentistry and want to work in a practice that values quality over quantity, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply now via SEEK with your up to date resume, and use your cover letter to explain your suitability and preferred day of the week. Applications requiring visa sponsorship will not be considered eligible.
