responsibilities • Responsible for diagnosing, treating and preventinghuman physical and mental disorders and injuries.

- Conducting examinations and questioning patients todetermine the nature of disorders and illnesses, and recording patient’s medical information • Ordering laboratory tests, X-rays and other diagnosticprocedures, and interpreting findings to assist in diagnosis • Providing overall care for patients, andprescribing and administering treatments, medications and other remedial measures • Monitoring patient’s progress and response to treatment • Advising on diet, exercise and other habits which aidprevention and treatment of disease and disorders • Referring patients to, and exchanging medicalinformation with,



specialist Medical Practitioners • Reporting births, deaths and notifiable diseases togovernment authorities • Arranging the admission of patients to hospitals ifnecessary. Qualification &

experience o Medical degree and current registration with theAustralian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). o Experience in general practice or a related field. o Strong communication and interpersonal skills. o Ability to work collaboratively in a team-orientedenvironment. o Maintaining kitchen hygiene and supporting the culinary team.
