We're looking for a General Showroom Manager to join our team in the Perth Showroom!/n

/n As a General Showroom Manager, you’ll be responsible for a £multi-million turnover kitchen showroom, recruiting and developing your own successful team to achieve not only sales targets but exceptional customer service too. /n

/n We offer a basic salary of £34,900 plus an uncapped commission structure OTE £70k!/n

- Recruit, train, and motivate a team of talented individuals who will be central to the showroom’s success.

- Drive sales performance to not only meet but exceed showroom targets year after year, while prioritising customer satisfaction and retention.

- Significant experience gained in a big-ticket retail environment with £multi-million targets /n
