Bali Body is one of Australia’s fastest‑growing beauty brands, recognised globally for our self‑tanning innovation. We are seeking a commercially driven Global Account Manager, to lead our key retail partnerships across Australia and international markets, and to accelerate our next phase of growth in the retail channel.

The Role

This is a high‑impact role where you will help grow Bali Body’s retail channel, taking end‑to‑end ownership of key strategic partnerships across Australia, including Chemist Warehouse, Coles, Woolworths and Priceline, as well as major international retailers such as Boots UK and Sephora EU.

The role reports to the Global Sales Director and plays a pivotal part in shaping Bali Body’s retail strategy across Australia, the UK and Europe.

You will be responsible for delivering sales targets, executing joint business plans, and identifying new commercial opportunities that strengthen Bali Body’s presence both in‑store and online. As the brand continues to scale globally, you will also support the expansion of additional retail partnerships across emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage end‑to‑end partnerships across Bali Body’s key Australian retailers, including Chemist Warehouse, Coles, Woolworths and Priceline.
- Lead strategic international accounts, with a focus on Boots UK and Sephora EU, ensuring best‑in‑class joint business planning and execution.
- Develop and deliver joint business plans that drive revenue, category growth and long‑term brand performance across all retail partners.
- Lead range reviews, pricing strategies and promotional planning to ensure Bali Body maintains a competitive and commercially strong retail presence.
- Analyse sales performance, retail insights and market trends to identify opportunities to optimise ranging, distribution and in‑store/online visibility.
- Own the forecasting process for your accounts




- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations and Product to ensure seamless execution and partner support.
- Drive execution excellence across in‑store visibility, digital activations and omnichannel retail initiatives.
- Support and scale emerging retail partnerships across Australia and international markets as Bali Body continues its global expansion.
- Build strong, influential relationships with key stakeholders across retail and internal teams.

About You

- Proven experience as a National Account Manager or Global Account Manager within FMCG, beauty, personal care or a related consumer category.
- Solid experience managing major Australian retailers (Chemist Warehouse, Coles, Woolworths, Priceline) and ideally exposure to international retail partners.
- Commercially sharp with strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Highly organised, proactive and results‑driven, with the ability to manage multiple markets and priorities .
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels, both internally and externally.
