Job Description
Food Idea Pty Ltd, trading as Ballarat Aussie Adda, is seeking an experienced Chef to manage our kitchen in Sebastopol, VIC. You'll oversee menu development, prep, and a secure work area, leading the kitchen team across day and night shifts.

You will create Bangladeshi Fusion and Italian dishes using fresh ingredients, ensure top quality and presentation, and liaise with front-of-house to ensure smooth service. A positive, busy setting with ongoing training awaits.
