A regional restaurant located on the Mornington Peninsula is seeking a Head Chef to lead their kitchen operations.
This full time position offers a salary of $75K to $80K plus superannuation.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and at least 4 years of kitchen experience.
You will be responsible for menu planning, staff training, and ensuring kitchen hygiene to maintain high standards.
