Park Hyatt Melbourne, part of Hyatt, is seeking an Assistant Manager for The Lounge & Garden and Radii Restaurant & Bar. You will lead a 20-person team, plan and direct daily F&B; operations, and uphold Hyatt's standards to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless service.
