ALDI is seeking a Duty Manager in Australia to lead shifts, support store operations, and mentor team members.
You'll supervise opening/closing, guide staff with feedback, and ensure exceptional customer service at the registers.
This role offers extensive training, growth opportunities, and a supportive, values-driven workplace.
