The Secure Step is seeking a seasoned HSEQ Advisor to drive safety excellence across WA, NT and SA from a Perth base.
You will partner with frontline leaders, conduct site visits, audits and risk assessments, and lead incident investigations while embedding a proactive safety culture.
Reporting to the Head of HSEQ, you will implement national initiatives locally, coach teams, and support continuous improvement across multiple locations in a energetic high‐risk workplace.
