BFT Prahran is seeking an experienced Studio Manager to lead day-to-day operations, member experience and growth. You'll partner with the Head Coach and owners to elevate engagement, retention and studio culture.

This hands-on leadership role rewards initiative, high standards and a people-first approach. You'll guide trials, lead the coaching team, manage events and help shape the studio's future across five established BFT studios.
