The Lune co in Melbourne's CBD is seeking 2 x Senior Pastry Chefs to join our renowned pastry team.
These full-time roles feature a 4-day work week (38 hours) with consistent day hours, and a focus on pastry and lamination in a quick-paced production setting.
You will produce our signature viennoiserie to the highest standards, collaborate with the team, train junior staff, and maintain food safety and presentation.
Australian work rights required; roster days are versatile.
