Glencore is seeking an experienced Process Manager for Ulan Surface Operations to oversee coal processing and water management from ROM to train loading, including export logistics and RO plants.
You will drive production and quality targets while promoting a high-performance safety culture.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead a team of Superintendents, Engineers and Operators, mentoring staff and ensuring protected, productive operations in a mining workplace.
