IRT Australia in Berala on the Park Residential Care Home seeks a Wellbeing Team Leader to design, plan, deliver and assess activity and wellbeing programs for residents.
This Full Time role runs Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
You will lead Wellbeing Officers, coordinate volunteers, and engage with internal services and community groups to ensure high-quality resident wellbeing activities while maintaining compliance and accreditation readiness.
