About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Graduate of Architecture with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing team.

This role suits someone with strong Revit capability, a good understanding of architectural documentation and an eagerness to take on greater responsibility.

Working closely with our Project Leads, you'll support the design and delivery of larger projects while progressively taking ownership of smaller projects across various stages.

The role offers genuine hands-on experience, exposure to a diverse project portfolio and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Support projects across design and delivery stages (Concept, DA, CDC, CC, IFC)
- Produce and coordinate Revit documentation and drawing packages
- Assist with design development, buildability and technical coordination
- Coordinate with consultants and assist with approvals processes




- Progressively manage smaller projects under the guidance of senior staff
- Assist with client communication and project coordination
- Work closely with Project Leads and the Director on project delivery

About You

- Completed a recognised qualification in architecture
- Ideally 1–3 years of experience in an architectural practice
- Autodesk Revit capability (essential)
- Experience preparing architectural documentation
- Understanding of NSW DA, CDC and CC processes
- Positive communication and organisational skills
- Reliable, proactive and detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn and take on responsibility
- Commercial, childcare, multi-residential or mixed-use experience is a plus
- Must currently reside in Greater Sydney, NSW, and be available to work from our Western Sydney studio
- Must have full, unrestricted working rights in Australia. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
