The Role:

You'll start as a field-based, face-to-face Sales Associate across Melbourne. You'll build hands-on sales and marketing experience by representing some of Australia's most recognised brands, giving you the skills and a head start that most graduates won't have.

Responsibilities:

- Driving new customer acquisition for our clients in a face-to-face setting




- Engaging customers and generating leads through brand campaigns
- Managing the needs of potential customers and delivering excellent customer service
- Working towards individual and team targets with performance-based incentives
- Being part of an ambitious, supportive team where effort is recognised

What We Offer: → Base wage + weekly commissions: A competitive hourly rate plus super, with high performers taking home $2,500+ per week.

Who You Are:

- A recent graduate in marketing, communications, business or a related field
- A confident communicator who enjoys connecting with people
- Experience in hospitality, retail or customer service
- Ambitious, self-motivated and goal-oriented
