We’re seeking a creative and organised Graphic Design Assistant to support our design and product development team. Combining CAD illustration, range coordination and product administration, this role is ideal for someone with an eye for detail who enjoys keeping the design process running smoothly.

About the role

Working closely with the design team, your responsibilities will include:

- Creating and updating CAD illustrations.

- Updating and circulating range pages to keep teams informed.

- Maintaining the digital library, ensuring design files and assets are organised and current.

- Creating and completing tech packs with accurate illustrations and product information.

- Allocating style numbers and maintaining accurate records.

- Loading styles into QB Media.

- Adjusting and updating style information in AX Design.





About you To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

- Relevant qualifications or experience in graphic design, fashion design or a related field.

- Skills in Adobe Illustrator and CAD illustration.

- Strong attention to detail across design work and data entry.

- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach.

- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn recent systems and processes.
