Job Type: Full time Iconic Australian Retail Group in Melbourne is seeking a Group CRM & Loyalty Manager to lead the CRM and loyalty strategy across a multi-brand portfolio, with three direct reports across CRM, loyalty and marketing automation.

This fixed-term 12-month maternity cover focuses on evolving loyalty programmes, using customer data to improve engagement, retention and commercial performance, and supporting international expansion across the UK and Asia, in close partnership with eCommerce, Technology
