Job Overview The Groundsman maintains the outdoor spaces, lawns and gardens to ensure a safe, clean, and attractive environment. You will operate power tools, care for turf and plants, and perform routine property upkeep.

Responsibilities

- Lawn & Turf Care: Mow, edge, aerate, fertilize, and overseed grass areas to promote healthy growth.
- Plant & Garden Maintenance: Prune trees, hedges, and shrubs; plant flowers; pull weeds; and spread mulch.
- Irrigation Management: Inspect, test, and repair sprinkler systems to keep water usage effective.
- Cleanliness & Safety: Clear debris, empty trash bins, and keep paths and outdoor areas safe.
- Equipment Upkeep: Clean, fuel, and perform basic maintenance on lawnmowers, trimmers, and hand tools.
- Facility Support: Assist with minor outdoor repairs, hardscape maintenance, or seasonal tasks.

Working Conditions
- Environment: Primarily outdoors in all seasonal weather conditions.
- Physical Demand: Heavy lifting, standing, walking, and operating machinery for long periods.
- Hours: Standard daytime hours with occasional early morning

Pay: $30.00 – $36.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
