The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced, commercially minded Group Financial Controller to lead the finance function across all three businesses.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with senior management, drive financial performance, improve processes and help shape the future of our growing Group.

What You'll Be Doing

- Oversee Group financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.

- Manage cash flow, financial controls, compliance and audits.

- Oversee intercompany transactions and consolidated reporting.





- Partner with Treasury on funding structures and securitisation.

- Oversee payroll, accounts payable and receivable.

- Drive process improvements, automation and financial efficiencies.

- Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth.

What We're Looking For

- CA/CPA qualified with a minimum 5–10 + years of finance experience.

- Experience in a Financial Controller, Finance Manager or similar senior role.

- Solid financial reporting, budgeting and commercial skills.

- Experience managing multiple companies or entities.

- Advanced Excel skills and excellent attention to detail.

- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong leadership skills.

Experience in banking, mortgage lending, financial services or securitisation will be highly regarded.
