About State Sport Centres The Victorian State Sport Centres Trust (SSCT) operates and maintains over $1 billion in assets, including four of Australia's premier multi-sport venues: the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre (MSAC), State Netball and Hockey Centre (SNHC), Lakeside Stadium, and Knox Regional Sports Park incorporating the State Basketball Centre (SBC).
