We are seeking a customer service assistant for our hair & beauty warehouse in Kotara Newcastle.

A background in the hairdressing industry is essential.

In this role you will need to demonstrate outstanding customer service.

With experience in sales and a hairdressing background you will be serving customers and promoting core brands.

Attention to detail is vital as is valuable time management.

Key responsibilities include

- In store sales, assisting with customers in person and by phone.
- Picking, packing and invoicing orders.
- Restocking shelves and displays.
- Housekeeping and maintenance of the store.

Full training will be provided on systems/procedures and core brands. Tuesday and Wednesday 8am - 5pm plus additional days from time to time to cover planned absences.
