Hair Stylist/Hairdresser – Hair Restoration Specialist

We combine specialist hairdressing skills with creative non-surgical hair replacement solutions to create personalised results for our clients. We are now looking for a passionate, qualified Hair Stylist/Hairdresser to join our Newcastle team on a part-time basis and build a rewarding career in this unique and specialised field.

You'll have the opportunity to develop specialist skills in non-surgical hair replacement, work closely with clients over the long term, and make a genuine difference to people experiencing hair loss.

No previous experience in hair restoration is required. We provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing support to help you develop the specialist skills needed for the role.

For the right candidate, there may also be an opportunity to train as a Hair Consultant in the future, opening the door to further career development within our business.

If you bring the right attitude, strong hairdressing foundations and a genuine passion for helping people, we'll teach you the rest.

What's on offer?

- $30–$35 per hour, depending on experience and skill level

- Part-time employment, three days per week (every second Saturday). We can be flexible with the roster for the right candidate however a Thursday will be required.

About you

We're looking for a qualified Hair Stylist/Hairdresser who:

- Holds a Certificate III in Hairdressing

- Has 1–2+ years' experience working in a salon or similar environment

- Has excellent cutting and styling skills

- Takes pride in delivering high-quality work

- Has exceptional customer service and consultation skills

- Is confident communicating with clients and building trusted, long-term relationships

- Understands the importance of discretion and confidentiality

- Is professional, reliable and well presented

- Is career-focused and genuinely interested in learning new skills

- Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
