- Previous experience as a Hairdresser / Hair Specialist
- Confident with haircuts, styling, colouring, and hair treatments
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, professional, reliable, and well-presented
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be available to work weekends
- Willing to learn and keep up with current hair trends and techniques
- Consult with clients to understand their hair needs and desired styles
- Perform haircuts, trims, blow-drys, styling, and other hairdressing services




- Perform colouring, highlights, balayage, and other colour services where experienced
- Provide hair treatments and professional hair-care advice
- Recommend suitable hair-care products and services
- Maintain high standards of salon cleanliness and hygiene
- Clean and maintain hairdressing tools and equipment
- Provide excellent and friendly customer service
- Build robust relationships with regular clients
- Maintain a professional and welcoming salon environment
- Part-time or full-time position
