Phone Xperts PTY. LTD. Xperts is seeking a skilled and motivated Hardware Technician to install, maintain, diagnose, and repair computer hardware, electronic devices, and related equipment.

The successful candidate will provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure devices operate efficiently while delivering reliable customer service. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, maintain, and repair computer hardware, software, and related equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software faults and identify effective solutions.

Repair and replace defective components, including displays, cables, connectors, and other peripheral equipment. Install and configure operating systems, applications, and device drivers where required. Provide technical assistance to customers by identifying problems and explaining appropriate solutions.

Modify and customize software settings or programs to meet users’ requirements, where applicable. Test repaired devices and equipment to ensure proper functionality and performance. Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and technical issues.

Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain an organised work workplace. Qualifications and requirements Certificate, diploma or degree in information Technology, computer Hardware,



Electronics or a related field is required. Previous experience in hardware repairs, troubleshooting, and a technical support is desirable.

Knowledge of computer hardware components, software and installalation, operating systems and a peripheral devices. Ability to diagnose hardware faults, repair or replace defective components, and test equipment. Strong problem solving, communications and customers service skills.

Ability to work independentley and as part of a team. Relavent practical experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications.
