What you'll work on

This isn't a service-only role. You'll diagnose faults, complete planned maintenance and major component work,



respond to breakdowns and improve equipment reliability across complete crushing circuits. You'll work across Terex Finlay and McCloskey crushing and screening plant, supported by CAT, Komatsu, Volvo and other mobile equipment, as well as ore sorting and mobile conveying systems. The work is a genuine mix of workshop and field-based maintenance.

What you'll need

- Nationally recognised Heavy Diesel trade certificate
- Demonstrated mobile plant experience — Terex Finlay, McCloskey, CAT, Komatsu or Volvo highly regarded
- Strong diagnostic fault finding across mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and air systems
- Valid WA manual C class driver's licence
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and hold or obtain a National Police Check

The role

- Scheduled maintenance, breakdown repairs and component change-outs on mobile crushing and support equipment
- Inspections to scope defects accurately and early
- Maintenance documentation completed to company standard
- Identifying improvement opportunities that lift reliability and reduce cost
- Working closely with the crew to prioritise work and hit deadlines
