Rustic Cafe at Pacific Fair is looking for a passionate, reliable, and experienced Chef to join our team for an immediate start!

We’re seeking someone who takes pride in preparing quality food, works well under pressure, and can help deliver an excellent dining experience in a busy café environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook café-style meals to a high standard.
- Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Manage daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Monitor stock levels, minimise food wastage, and assist with ordering supplies.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef or experienced Cook, preferably in a café or similar workplace.
- Strong cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation.




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Availability for an immediate start.
