Job Type: Full-time Belgravia Leisure invites a strategic Head of Facilities to lead aquatic operations, asset management, safety, and compliance across six Merri-bek venues. This senior role reports to the Area Manager and shapes customer experiences while fostering a high-performance culture.

You will drive workforce planning, safety initiatives, audits, and continuous improvement to ensure secure, compliant and exceptional facility operations.
