As Head of Health, Safety and Wellbeing, you'll have the opportunity to lead the enterprise safety function across a broad and multifaceted business, partnering closely with executive leaders and the Board to provide strategic guidance on safety, psychosocial risk, workers' compensation and injury management.

This is a highly visible leadership role where your ability to influence, build trust and navigate complexity will be just as key as your technical expertise. You'll work with an experienced leadership team and an established safety function, helping to set priorities, provide assurance and ensure safety initiatives are practical, sustainable and aligned to organisational objectives.

We're looking for an experienced safety leader who combines strong commercial judgement with a genuine, people-first approach. You will have a track record of operating in large, complex environments and be comfortable engaging with senior executives,



challenging respectfully and translating complexity into clear action.
