Job Type: Full time Randstad in Brisbane seeks an experienced Head of Capital & Corporate Finance to lead the funding strategy for development projects. You will oversee debt facilities, equity/JV sourcing, intercompany funding, and treasury operations while ensuring tax and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 12–15 years in finance with a focus on corporate finance or treasury, plus CA or CPA qualifications. A CFA or postgraduate finance credentials are advantageous.
