This full time role leads the day-to-day management of an allocated portfolio of participants, coordinating supports and ensuring person-centred services within a compliant framework.
You will supervise Support Workers, maintain essential participant documentation, and collaborate with families, guardians and health professionals to deliver secure, responsive supports aligned with each person's goals and needs.
