You will mentor staff, oversee rostering, budgeting and compliance, and model respectful, cooperative leadership.
Ideal candidates bring a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised), with at least 2 years of leadership experience and solid EYLF/NQS knowledge.
