Building and Plumbing Commission (BPC) seeks an experienced Senior Lawyer for Regulatory Assessment & Review on a 2-year fixed-term basis in Melbourne. You will support the Regulatory Assessment and Review team, advise on rectification orders under the Building Act , and prepare court and tribunal documentation.
