Job Description
The Council in Kowanyama seeks a Building Services Manager to lead Council's building maintenance, construction and project delivery.
You will oversee a small team and contractors, coordinating capital works and ensuring projects meet safety, budget and compliance.
The role also focuses on developing local staff capabilities and mentoring trainees in a remote community.
You'll work to strengthen workplace culture, support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, and deliver housing
