Job Description
Accor Hotels Darwin is seeking an hands-on Sous Chef to lead the kitchen team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will drive service excellence, uphold brand standards, and mentor chefs to maintain consistent quality across all meals.

You will contribute to menu planning, control costs, and ensure strict hygiene and safety compliance in a fast-paced hotel workplace. This is an in office role within a up-to-date resort setting in Darwin.
