Job Description
Forward Ability Support seeks a Clinical Intake Officer to be the friendly face and voice guiding participants from first enquiry through intake, funding verification, service agreements and onboarding.

The role is full time and hybrid, based primarily in Newington with the option to work from home. You will coordinate across clinical and operational teams to ensure smooth transitions for participants and families.
