Job Description
Simonds Homes is seeking a BIM Specialist to lead the national move to Revit and own our BIM workplace from templates to content libraries. Based in Docklands, Melbourne, you will drive the transition from ArchiCAD/AutoCAD to Revit and work across departments to embed standards and improve production readiness.

You will champion automation, develop capability, and guide teams through changes in workflows while ensuring consistent, production‐ready BIM across our Masters portfolio nationwide.
