Job Description
Centorrino Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking a Desktop Support Officer to join the Field Services Team on Norfolk Island.
The role requires relocation if you are not already on the island, and you will support customers' day-to-day technology operations.
You will build a robust rapport with end-users, identify process improvements, and coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve issues and implement current procedures.
Documentation must be kept up to date.
