NSW Health's Concord Repatriation General Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse to join the Palliative Care Centre.
Based at Concord, you will provide patient-centred nursing care for end-of-life or respite care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote optimal outcomes.
You must be registered with AHPRA, demonstrate evidence-informed practice and be available for a 7-day rotating roster.
Hospital experience in Australia and full working rights are required.
