Job Description
PERSOL is seeking an experienced IT Support Skilled to join our global client on a part time basis, working 2 days per week in Melbourne.
You will provide hands-on technical support to end users, ensuring IT issues are resolved efficiently and maintaining high levels of customer service in a skilled enterprise environment.
You will diagnose hardware, software, network and application issues, support Windows desktops and peripherals, and manage user access.
