Renewed Electrical is looking for a skilled and motivated Leading Hand Electrician with heavy industrial experience to take on a leadership role in our growing team.

Position Details

- Rate: $76ph
- Location: Various industrial sites across WA North
- Scope: Supervision and hands-on work in heavy industrial environments (mining, processing plants, etc.)
- Roster: 3:1 FIFO
- Start Date: Within 3 months
- Duration: Ongoing

Key Responsibilities

- Lead a team of electricians and oversee all aspects of industrial electrical work
- Provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day activities on-site
- Liaise with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Mentor and support team members to ensure high performance

Essential Skills & Qualifications

- Certificate III in Electrical
- WA Electrical License
- 5+ years of experience in heavy industrial environments




- Previous leadership/Leading Hand experience
- Experience in managing a team of electricians in a heavy industrial or mining setting
- Robust knowledge of Australian Electrical Standards and OH&S; requirements
- White Card
- Police Clearance
- PEM & DAS clearance
- HRWL Class WP or LF
- High-risk and confined space certifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
