Job Title: Holiday Casual Client Advisor (Fixed Term)

About the Role The holiday season is our busiest and most exciting time of year at Henne, and we’re looking for Client Advisors to join our Armadale boutique to support the team during this period. These are fixed-term casual roles for 12 to 15 weeks, offering a great opportunity to be part of the team during our favourite time of year. We’re looking for candidates who are available to start immediately.

You will be at the heart of our boutique experience, providing warm, personalised service across all zones — from fitting rooms to stock and floor support.

The Client

Advisor will ensure every client feels confident, welcomed, and connected to the brand. This role is both client-facing and operational, balancing elevated service with the behind-the-scenes detail that makes the boutique run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

- Be a brand ambassador by embodying Henne’s values, delivering an elevated standard of service, and creating memorable client experiences
- Deliver an elevated fitting room experience, offering personalised advice and care to every client.
- Provide warm, one-on-one service across boutique zones including floor, stockroom, fitting rooms, and hosting.
- Build genuine client relationships that foster loyalty and repeat visits.
- Maintain impeccable store presentation and merchandising standards that reflect Henne’s aesthetic.
- Support operational tasks including stock management, replenishment, and floor readiness.
- Assist with hosting duties, ensuring clients feel welcomed and cared for from entry to purchase.
- Accurately process client transactions with care and attention to detail.

What are we looking for?

- 1+ years’ experience in a premium or luxury retail role.




- Solid client service skills with the ability to create genuine connections.
- Experience working across multiple boutique zones including fitting rooms, stock, and floor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Due to the fixed-term nature of this role and peak operational requirements, successful candidates will need to be available for the full contract period. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate pre-booked extended leave during this time.
- Weekend availability (Saturday and/or Sunday required)
- Availability across our key trade days including: Boxing Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, New Years Eve, Recent Years Day, Australia Day, Spring Racing Carnival
