What We Are Looking For

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Home Care Workers to join our team on a casual basis. In this role, you will provide practical assistance and personal support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, comfort and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

As a Home Care Worker, you will:

- Provide companionship and social support to clients.
- Assist with household tasks, including light cleaning, meal preparation and shopping.
- Personal care: showering, grooming, toileting & mobility support
- Medication assistance
- Support clients with transport to appointments and community activities.
- Help clients maintain their independence, confidence and wellbeing at home.




- Produces accurate written information using forms, log books and templates appropriate to the task.

Minimum qualifications required:

- Current National Police Certificate/ NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Drivers Licence and own reliable vehicle
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability Services or equivalent
- Completion of Module HLTHPS006 - Assist clients with medication (or commitment to obtain)
- Completion of Module HLTAAP001 - Recognise healthy body systems (or commitment to obtain)

Pay: $40.00 – $46.00 per hour Expected hours: 6.0 – 38.0 per week
