About the role

Our luxury 5★ beachfront property in Semaphore is expanding its guest services team. We are seeking warm, professional Hospitality All Rounders who can deliver exceptional service across housekeeping, customer service, and food & beverage. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a premium hospitality environment, enjoy variety in their day, and take pride in creating memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

- Provide high standard housekeeping services, ensuring rooms and public areas meet 5★ presentation

- Greet guests, assist with enquiries, and deliver outstanding customer service

- Support food & beverage service including breakfast, café, bar, or in room dining

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in service areas

- Communicate professionally with guests and team members

- Uphold safety, hygiene, and brand standards at all times

About you

- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or customer service preferred





- Solid communication and guest service skills

- Ability to work across multiple departments confidently

- High attention to detail and commitment to luxury standards

- Reliable, well presented, and able to work independently

- Availability for weekends and peak periods

- Current police clearance or willingness to obtain
