The Opportunity

- Partner with executive stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert HR advice across employee and industrial relations
- Support recruitment, workforce planning and organisational design
- Manage complex casework, investigations and performance matters
- Lead HR initiatives, policy development and continuous improvement projects
- Coach leaders and build workforce capability

About You

- Senior HR Business Partner or People Partner experience
- Solid ER/IR and case management capability
- Experience advising senior leaders in complex environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
