Seeking an experienced HR Advisor for a full-time, permanent opportunity based in the Joondalup area,

This role offers a salary of $100K-$120K, plus up superannuation

You'll be joining an established HR team, you’ll partner with managers and supervisors across a diverse range of business units, providing practical advice and support across the full employee lifecycle. The role has a robust focus on employee relations, formal investigations, performance management, workforce planning and interpreting Industrial Agreements, legislation and employment policies.

The organisation is looking for someone with 3+years at HR Advisor level, who can confidently manage ER matters, coach and influence leaders, and build effective stakeholder relationships. Someone familiar with the complexities of working across multiple Industrial Agreements would be a plus!
