We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to join our team full time on a 12-month fixed-term (parental leave) contract, commencing early ASAP, through to November 2027.

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Your key responsibilities will be:

- Provide HR advice and support on performance management, employee relations, conduct, attendance, and grievance matters.
- Manage onboarding, induction, probation, engagement, wellbeing, and learning & development initiatives.
- Support recruitment activities, workforce planning, and talent pipeline development.
- Maintain HR records including, contracts, compliance, HRIS data integrity,



and reporting.
- Produce HR metrics and workforce reports, including turnover, recruitment, and training compliance.
- Manage workplace investigations and ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
- Partner with leaders to promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
- Support payroll administration and broader HR operational activities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
