With a strong reputation for quality, innovation and customer experience, the business is entering an exciting phase of growth and is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to support its people strategy and day-to-day HR operations.

This is a broad standalone role offering genuine ownership across all areas of People & Culture, making it ideal for someone who enjoys partnering with leaders, driving people initiatives and working across both strategic and operational HR.

You will be responsible for:

- Providing trusted HR advice and coaching to leaders and employees
- Managing the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance and offboarding
- Supporting employee relations matters and performance management processes
- Driving engagement, culture and capability initiatives
- Coordinating recruitment activities and talent acquisition support
- Maintaining HR policies, compliance and employment legislation requirements
- Managing HR administration and reporting
- Overseeing payroll processes and ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Partnering with global stakeholders on people-related initiatives and projects
- Supporting a positive,

About You

- Experience in a Human Resources, People & Culture or HR Business Partner role
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice
- Demonstrated employee relations experience
- Exposure to payroll, compliance and HR operations
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- A proactive, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
- A genuine passion for creating positive employee experiences.
