A major mechanical contractor has recently established a new division and is seeking an experienced HVAC Site Manager to help grow and deliver a portfolio of commercial fit-out projects across Sydney.

This is a rare opportunity to get in during the early days of a newly formed division within a well-established business.

You'll be managing multiple projects at once, with values up to $3m — hands-on onsite, coordinating subcontractors, managing safety and program, and ensuring high-quality delivery.

About the Role

- Play a key part in growing a newly established commercial fit-out division
- Manage commercial HVAC fit-out projects from site establishment through to completion
- Run multiple concurrent projects up to $3m in value
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams
- Manage site safety, quality, and compliance
- Monitor progress against programme and budgets
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and builders onsite

About You





- Proven experience as an HVAC Site Manager or Senior Supervisor
- Strong background delivering commercial HVAC fit-out projects
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously
- Sound understanding of mechanical services and commercial installations
- Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors
- Robust communication and leadership skills
- White Card and relevant trade or technical background preferred
